Pineapple Peel Tea

You won't believe how tasty AND healthy this tea is!

The last time you peeled a pineapple what did you do with the peels? Here is a great idea why you should keep them to make pineapple water. Pineapple are known for their anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting abilities. So it sure is worth a try.

HOW TO DO IT: Ingredients:

  • Pineapple peel and core

  • Cinnamon

  • Water

  • (Rosemary and sweetener if needed)


Place the ingredients into a pot and cook for 30min. Once finished pour through strainer and enjoy!


You can add rosemary along with the other ingredients to cook or sweetener while the water is cooling down.
