"5 minutes a day to start living your magical life"
This was the first book kicking of my wonderful journey to greater happiness and health back in May 2021. To be quite honest, I had not heard about it before and I hadn't searched for it either. One day I found it as a shopping suggestion and didn't think twice about buying it.
And I am so glad I did. It's a great read. Very inspiring.

Of course, it doesn't have to be coffee. If you prefer to drink tea or cocoa in the morning, that works too. The overall idea is, that you integrate the technique of positive self-talk into your daily life along with something that you already do every day.
As you sit down for breakfast in the morning drinking your cup of coffee (or other beverage of choice) you do your positive self-talk by for example reading out your self-written affirmations.
Throughout the book Kristen describes the effects of positive self-talk, how to write self-affirmations, how to improve the self-affirmations and also other options if you don't have the time in the morning to sit down.
Would I recommend this book?
Yes, without any doubt I recommend it. This book was an eye opener. The effect of self-talk is incredible and 5min per day of POSITIVE self-talk can have a huge impact on your day. Kristen is also very open to communication through her Instagram accounts, which allows you to ask questions and give feedback.
