New sauce trial: green goddess sauce

I've ordered and used it a lot before, but it was time to make it myself for the first time and I was not disappointed. Let's just say the entire pitcher was gone within a week. Suddenly I was eating veggies or salad almost every day of the week.

HOW TO DO IT: Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 cup parsley

  • 1 cup chives

  • (other herbs of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove or tbsp of minced garlic

  • pinch of salt and pepper


In a food processor combine all ingredients, starting with the liquids first.

Then pulse until everything is well blended.

Serve as dip with vegetables, fresh salad or store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
